Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Passkey
Cvent Passkey allowed my team, and my client, to watch room blocks. Weekly updates are very helpful for clients to see as they are trying to fill a block of rooms. Easy for myself to login and check inventory and levers on certain nights as well.

- ability to send out blast emails
- Does not connect with in-house PMS systems in regards to making sure inventory stays the same.
- Weekly emails can sometimes scare clients as they show the behind-the-scenes numbers as well as their contracted numbers if any have been added.
- Allows to remotely add rooms so even if not on property more rooms can be sold - increase in ROI
