Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Passkey

Passkey is a very useful pre-registration tool. For our large events is an extremely helpful and time-saving tool. Confirming our room blocks used to be a very manual process, taking us hours of manpower. This resource has helped us streamline the time and resources we now need to manage this process. I wish more hotels used this product.

Cvent Passkey is best suited for larger events, where managing large numbers of attendees can take hours to reconcile a room block. The set-up is a bit cumbersome, however, the end reporting is worth the extra time up front.
