Aventri (formerly etouches), Smartsheet, Intervals, Sage 50cloud Accounting (formerly Sage 50 Accounting)
Being able to make changes and updates rooming lists without having to contact the venue each time is helpful. Generally works best for larger events or events without constant changes.
