Overall Satisfaction with Cyber Recruiter

I used Cyber Recruiter when I worked for a government contractor. Cyber Recruiter was used primarily within the human resources department to source candidates and as an applicant tracking system.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate.
  • Great onboarding experience.

Cons

  • Even though it was easy to navigate, I would have liked an easier training manual.
  • Being informed of new advancements via training materials.
  • Faster lead conversion; great reports on how long it takes to complete full lifecycle recruiting
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • One stop shop for full lifecycle recruiting
Our decision came down to ease of use, the software offered a lot of neat features we were searching for and was user friendly.
Ask about onboarding features, new hire paperwork, etc.
