Through it, we can follow up job applications for new employees and follow up existing employees through a fairly smooth interface, but it needs some training to become easy to work on human resources and facilitates work and job hiring of work applications through it.

It also facilitates communication between them and the human resources employees. But I think it needs some improvement to be easy.
