Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
I use D&B as follows:
*to help verify information such as address, or to verify executive/principal
*to try an determine if UCC's are present
*to supplement customer credit review
*to seek recommendation on credit limit (in some cases)
*to obtain Paydex and look for red flags
*to review performance in trade and view high credit extened
*to help verify information such as address, or to verify executive/principal

Pros
- D&B has a vast database of business entities
Cons
- Recommended credit limits are sometimes out of sync with the trade data that is reported
- Principal / Executive info is often outdated
- Not able to hit enter when searching by phone number which forces a mouse click instead
- Would like more search options such as search by Fed Tax ID#
- now all of a sudden i am forced to allow cookies or not on aver application
- D&B helped us maintain current aging percentage above 90% for 10 months in 2022
