Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We use the product to look up company information quickly and to have all the information in one place. Used to obtain DUNS and also to confirm family tree among other research.
  • Interface is easy to use
  • Clean look
  • Nice reports
  • Private company information is lacking (but this appears to be the case with a lot of other products)
  • Admin feature should have option to skip some mandatory fields (e.g. address of a user)
  • Some of the information appears to be outdated
  • this tool has helped our team find basic information quickly and in one place
This is one of many tools that we use, but we continue to use due to the information contained and the ease of use.
This product is easy to use - web interface doesn't require any software installation. Users can be added easily through account creation.
We don't use solely one product as it's always good to have more coverage. As mentioned before though, D&B has a nice easy to use interface.
I have had one person who I have been dealing with for support for years and she has been excellent. The account manager however has changed hands multiple times, which has led to a lack of consistency and repeated meet and greets.

This product is useful if you are looking for an overall snapshot of a company to see key figures. It's not as useful if you are looking for up to the minute information as the company data could be slightly outdated, and it's not a good tool if you are looking at mostly private companies.
