Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We use it a one aspect in our credit review process. It allows us to see how an applicant pays other vendors. It also allows us to see payment trends over time and are alerted if there are any major changes in any of the ratings.
- Notifications on any changes in payment habits
- Notifications on changes to the company structure
- Notifications of bankruptcies, liens, law suits, etc..
- Would like to have a better understanding of how they calculate the Paydex and recommended credit limit
It is one piece out of several that we use to make a credit decision. The more information the report has the better we are able to rely on it.
Implementation was not difficult at all. We could use another training on it to get better understanding and use out of it.

We are more familiar with the D&B reports but do run an Experian report every now and then.
