We use it to qualify potential customers or credit worthiness and business stability.

  • Customer Service sometimes seems slow and at times not very versed on the product.

D&B has helped us improve our AR collections as well as credit risk management by providing us with up to the minute credit performance.
Our AR team uses it qualify new customers as well as extending or denying extra credit requests from existing customers.
The first rep we spoke to gave us incorrect information. Fortunately the next was was able to assist.
