Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

I use this to : 1) manage public information about our company; 2) make credit decisions about potential new clients; & 3) verify that new suppliers are going concerns.
  • Provide detailed information on nearly every business
  • Where information is not available elsewhere, ask the companies to provide it themselves
  • We are able to keep out in front of credit decisions
  • We are able to keep out information clean
  • We are able to avoid "problem children" in our supplier base
We are able to manage credit risks extended to clients
It is relatively easy to use. The do need to stop changing the format so often. We get used to looking in one place for a bit of information, and suddenly it's in a completely different place.
Our support person is very good, but the self-service portal is a piece of crap.

Usually provides decent information on new clients who are generally large enough to have public information that is relatively complete. Smaller/newer suppliers are hit and miss.
