Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We use it to help determine how we should grant payment terms to our new and existing customers. We rely heavily on the Paydex score and credit limit recommendation. When there is no Paydex score or there is very little information provided, we then have to go back to the customer to request a LOC to verify their credit worthiness.
- When searching a company, it always shows the option to view the parent company/headquarters
- Listing the credit history trend on the report
- Describing the likelihood of the company's future/level of risk doing business with them
- Why certain companies have no Paydex score
- We are easily able to determine the credit worthiness of a possible new customer or if we need to adjust the payment terms of a current customer based on the increase and/or decrease of their Paydex Score
It has had a positive contribution and is our primary source of how we determine to establish payment terms with our customers.
The ease of running a report is great because it is instantaneous. Ther is no delay in setting up a customer because we can readily run their credit report and determine how to grant payment terms.
The same goes for existing customers and monitoring their score and based on the increase/decrease of Paydex score we can easily alter their payment terms.
