Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use D&B Hoovers to obtain DUN#, # of Emp, and company revenue for new customers for the company that I work. This information is used to set credit for their contract accounts and to allow our partner Bain to set segmentation for our customers to facilitate a better sales manager deployment.
One thing that I would like to see is a way to drill down to more easily find data. Sometimes when I put in the name of a company, I may get several pages of possibilities and it would be nice to be able to filter the US sites and to drill down by state.

Company Data

D&B has a lot of data. I look for company web site, DUNS number, employee count and company revenue It is important that I find this information to allow customers to be segmented and placed in the correct account bucket for sales team assignment.

Contact Data

Even though there is a lot of data, in most cases the company website is missing. This causes me to have to do some additional work google the information. Company website is good to get a better idea of what the company does and what they may need from a office supply standpoint.

As I mentioned earlier I use it for work. The information that I need is important to deploying our sales team and determining credit for a new customer. It is vital that I get accurate and complete data. Sometimes it can be frustrating to find what I need due to spelling of accounts and not having the full customer information
