Its ability to generate strong, unique passwords for each account has significantly enhanced my online security posture. Dashlane has proven to be a reliable and indispensable tool in my digital life.

Pros

  • It also saves time and increases productivity by allowing seamless login processes and password autofill features.
  • Its ability to generate strong, unique passwords for each account has significantly enhanced my online security posture.

Cons

  • It has stopped working on the latest version of Firefox, which is unfortunate because I need to use all available browsers in my work.
  • Sometimes I cannot log in to the website because of cookie issues.
  • Definitely easier employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • IT is no longer involved in managing individual users' passwords.
Dashlane is sleek and user-friendly. It also comes with a professional VPN account, which is very useful. Dark web monitoring is especially useful, as it has helped us prioritize changing passwords when necessary. These last two features make Dashlane a more cost-effective choice over other password managers. Its intuitive GUI makes navigating the app and site easier.
Dashlane’s customer support is often rated higher, providing more responsive and helpful assistance. LastPass has a slightly steeper learning curve than Dashlane, but it offers more flexibility with user permissions, which can benefit teams. Dashlane includes unlimited passkey support and a clean breach history, while LastPass is more accommodating for smaller teams.
