Overall Satisfaction with Dashlane Password Manager

We own Childcare centres and an associated small businesses. Management level staff require password security as they are not intrinsically good at password security. So we require a comprehensive package which allows them to have password security across multiple devices, and will help them to minimize the reuse of passwords. It also needs to help reduce the reuse of passwords across multiple sites.

Pros

  • Fills in passwords that are known
  • Easy saving of new passwords
  • Easy to generate new complex passwords.

Cons

  • Occasionally when a device has a password saved it doesn't realise the wrong one has been filled in and offers to overwrite the existing password which then loses the original (correct) password.
  • The sharing centre doesn't seem as intuitive as I would expect.
  • Hard to measure financial savings as it simply minimises the risks of password related breaches.
It works fairly simply in most use cases but I haven't used any other password managers to do a comparison.
