Overall Satisfaction with Dashlane Password Manager

We provide all of our employees with a Dashlane account during on-boarding and encourage them to set up all of their credentials using Dashlane. This has streamlined our on-boarding of new employees dramatically.

It has cut down on our IT support time. Previously, we were resetting passwords daily for users that had forgotten passwords.

It has improved our security as it encourages our employees not to reuse the same password on multiple tools and lets them know when they have used duplicate passwords and gives them an easy way to generate and save secure passwords to replace the duplicates.

We use Dashlane to share all shared account access passwords securely. As an added benefit, when a system requires that one of these passwords be changed, everyone receives the new password automatically and never have to even think about it.

We use the sharing functionality to also ensure that our full executive team has access to all of our tools just in case someone needs to fill in for tasks that they don't normal complete.

Lastly, the subscription we are on allows our employees to provide a Dashlane account to their family and friends. This has been proved to be an appreciated benefit for many of our employees.

We tried LastPass and Norton's password manager before settling on Dashlane. We found the Dashlane interface to be much simpler to use both day to day and on the administration side.
The usability for Dashlane was better than the other options we tested before making our decision. Specifically, Dashlane makes sharing passwords and updating shared passwords very simple.

I believe any business that has employees working on computers would likely see the same benefits we do by using Dashlane. Even if employees are using a shared computer sporadically, a shared Dashlane account would still allow passwords to be shared securely (rather than stuck to the monitor on a sticky note). Also, updating passwords or removing duplicate passwords would be much less frustrating for employees.
