Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using Dashpivot at Branch level and with the possibility of expanding it nationally. Dashpivot has helped get all the safety documents and project information to site personnel instantly to complete the project. Dashpivot has also helped with retaining the forms that once got lost onsite.

Easy to create forms.
Easy for site personnel to use and understand.
Easy to gather and retain information.

Cons

Needs a preview button for creating a template.

Return on Investment

Limited endless amounts of paperwork.
Reduced time taken with problem-solving.
Workers not losing time trying to find paperwork required.

Likelihood to Recommend

Dashpivot has been helpful. Site personnel has been able to upload photos and mark plans with problems during construction for internal staff to review and help with coming up with a solution.
