Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion SecureMail

It's being used by multiple departments that have a requirement to send confidential information to outside organizations.
  • Outlook plugin
  • Seamless integration with Outlook
  • Bringing in received mail back into Outlook
  • Sometimes the Outlook plugin gets disabled because it's slow to load
  • No other issues, the product performs flawlessly other than that
Only had to call in a few times, but someone answered the phone quickly and was able to resolve the issues in a timely manner.

Message delivery and outside user logins for customers works great. Very easy to use.
We are looking to use the API in the future to integrate a secure mail function into our proprietary web app.
Perfect for someone needing to send small confidential emails or files to outside organizations.
