Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce

We use Dayforce in its entire scope, which includes the HR module, time management, payroll, benefits, performance and compensation, reporting and analytics, and much more. We have also interfaced it with our benefit providers to get a seamless experience and avoid manual work. By utilizing Dayforce, we streamlined all our HR processes, empowered our people, and enhanced employee experience and external client experience. We improved our data accuracy much faster. Avoided many manual, inefficient processes and, therefore, cut costs. We have been with Dayforce for over 12 years and have been extremely satisfied. We would recommend the product, hands down.

Dayforce has great customer support, and you can always count on them to get you the professional help you need. It is a great place to store all your personal data in a very secure manner by assigning different user roles. The only thing where I wouldn't see it appropriate is for very small-scale companies, less than 50 people.
