Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce

Dayforce is new for Slickdeals, but the goal is to have it serve as the source of truth and be the cross functional link to help make everyone work better, smarter and faster. This is helping us control spending and cut down on the number of vendors we use.

Pros

  • Compliance
  • Multi-state taxation
  • Streamlining workflows and insights via analytics

Cons

  • Customer service especially with the off-shore implementation teams. We still have far to many hiccups from things not addressed during implementation.
  • Costs are not clear for small clients, too many additional fees for what is standard with other providers.
  • Eliminated paper applications, positive
  • Once fully available will eliminated duplicate systems for ATS
Saved time, reduced costs. Eliminated bloated suite of third party partners.

The consistency of the compliance area of Dayforce has increased over the years and continues to outpace even the large service providers. Saving companies from huge fines and legal fees is another reason I would choose Dayforce even if it's for less than 100 employees
