Overall Satisfaction with Db2

In our organization , we use IBM Db2 on daily basis, Our work is easier due to IBM Db2. We can easily store larger size of data, fetch any size of data in lesser time, to run any query is easy and faster. Suppose , you have basic knowledge of any database commands , you can work on IBM Db2 very comfortably here. Here , you can find DDl and other queries like insert, select etc so that no need to worry, no need to learn commands, simply you have to learn, how to use database commands here, and trust me , it is very secure database.
  • select query is very faster here
  • you can import and export data
  • You can use materialized query as well
  • indexing is also possible
  • every time , column name comes in Capital letter, in other databases , it is small
  • IBM Db2 has to provide more support
  • To use data is easier with IBM Db2
  • Import and export is very smooth
  • Even newbie can learn IBM Db2
I am working in a MNC where approximately 2.5 lac employees are there, we are using on daily basis , so that u can understand , how flexible it is.
I never faced any outage till date. It is always available , when you want to use.
We are working for our product , where we were using different database but that database was not fast our work So we switch to IBM Db2 for better result.

As I am working as a Data Scientist , My work is to play with Data, work on Data, So I need data every time. We can store structural data very easily. Most of the databases , when we use select query without condition, fetch data slowly, but in IBM Db2 it is faster comparative to others.
