Deputy is being used as a single store operation. It has solved hectic scheduling issues and PTO requests.

Using Deputy
3 - The management team uses this daily. The store manager uses many times during the day for schedule changes, PTO requests, etc.
1 - Primarily the store manager is required to support Deputy. He is responsible for updates, changes, Deputy use, assigning work codes, etc.
- Scheduling.
- Messaging.
- PTO requests and approval.
- Did not expect it to deduct PTO hours on approvals. Nice touch.
- Like the communication and option to have confirmations.
- Possibly expanding to other facilities. Currently they use time cards but this is pilot operations.

Price was big factor and really did not realize all the options with the system until we began using it more and more.
I wouldn't change mine but I would recommend a Deputy rep set up more time to go over the many functions and make them easier to follow. After purchasing I now realize how much of a deal this is.
Deputy Implementation
- Implemented in-house
- Afraid of doing the wrong thing.
- No issues if you follow what you rep tells you. Very easy to install.

We did not. We wanted to see how the system worked and did not want added cost initially.
I really have not run into any major issue. I contacted the sales rep for me a time or 2 while installing but those were minor issues. It has been awesome.

Yes - I use it as do the other 2 managers. It allows for fairly easy use at home. It is very easy to work on mobile device.
