Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad

We use Dialpad across the entire organization to make sales and support calls.
  • It can partition many international numbers.
  • Pretty standard VOIP service.
  • Detailed analytics for talk time and call frequency.
  • We have had connectivity issues when multiple people are using the internet.
  • There has been confusion on how to download voice recordings.
  • I do not directly asses the ROI of the product. It does what it says on the tin, however.
Sales loft promised really interesting analytics and insights - but the recordings took up to 3 days to actually upload which made it hard for coaches to catch good or bad behaviour.
I have never interacted with the Dialpad support team.
