Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Meetings

I use Dialpad Meetings for my monthly department meeting. There are about 8 users invited to each meeting. This meeting gets moved frequently in time so it is hard to set recurring meetings because having to change the time they are at is difficult. It would be nice to see a current/preset meeting tab instead of just past and future. It has been really helpful seeing the AI recap of who participated.

Dialpad Meetings is a great tool to use to engage your participants. It Is easy to share the link and to control how participants enter and engage. It would be nice to have an easier way to update scheduled times for recurring (just changing one and not all the future ones). The AI recap feature is great. Recommend using.
I would say Dialpad Meetings is comparable to Teams but not superior. It is more fun but sometimes that can be distracting. The AI feature is superior and I would recommend that over Teams. It can be tricky to integrate into an already established system. Scheduling is a challenge that needs to be addressed.

Dialpad Meetings works best when the meeting needs to be documented or recorded. Our organization uses Teams pretty heavily so there is a bias toward that platform. I tried to integrate it into my department meetings just to expose some other employees to the versatility of Dialpad Meetings. They seem hesitant to use it over teams.
