Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

Dialpad Ai Voice is used to quickly consider how a call went and what was talked about. It can be used to review not only call content but also used to judge sentiment. Sometimes, Dialpad Ai Voice can misread the a word on the call, but most times it gets the right wording. This is especially helpful for debriefing a call or documenting what a customer said.

  • AI prompted responses that offer insight into data or longer trends
  • positive to track data of call/message
  • positive to track sentiment of interactions
  • negative that links wouldn't send via SMS...many confused customers
  • negative that spam calls and texts still sent to our numbers
  • negative that Dialpad Ai Voice meetings is very very unreliable

Great for kick-off calls, training calls, and more. Maybe not so great for 1:1 calls where you can cover a vast stretch of topics and don't need to see breakdown of everything.
