Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Connect
I use Dialpad Connect as an Independent Insurance Agent. I use Dialpad Connect to communicate effectively with new interested consumers and current customers. Also, my Gmail calendar, Zoom and Zoho CRM is integrated with my Dialpad Connect Pro plan to help with repetitive tasks like automatic customer record, notes, call recordings, call summaries and more. I've been a member of Dialpad Connect for about 5 years. Over the years I have seen many changes. I have experienced price increases with plan packages, increased fees for text messing and some additional fees for calls. I like Dialpad Connect, but sometimes calls drop on the desktop app connected via hardwired internet. Dialpad Connect is making some technical changes with AI and automation. Lately their campaign has been for call centers and global groups. Maybe Dialpad Connect is on the way to less technical issues by trying to improve the latest updates. Furthermore, Customer Support is a bit difficult to reach if you don't have a plan that support it. The customer support could be improved for members on all plans. Overall, Dialpad Connect can get the job done with integrated apps, follow up with customers, and provide a little AI integration for tasks.
