Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Connect

Dialpad Connect is suitable for anyone looking for a dialer. It provides good insights into the calls made and the best time to dial, sentiment analysis and transcriptions of calls, and call recordings that you can listen to on your own for feedback. It integrates with Salesforce, outreach, etc.

  • Not all call recordings are available.
  • It syncs with salesforce but not immediately.
  • Navigating the dashboard can be a bit wonky.
  • The transcription helped our team with improved notes.
  • Call recordings were very helpful for feedback sessions.
  • Was great to have all of this information available in Salesforce.
Dialpad Connect is good and recommended for any organization. It is a good value. It can accomplish everything that your organization is looking for, and no one will say it is outside the budget for any 50+ person organization. The AI feature is very useful. The dashboard could be a bit easier to manage, and the integration with Salesforce could be a bit smoother.
Dialpad Connect is very helpful for everyone. After switching to Orum, I feel that Orum better fits our business needs as it can serve as both a power and parallel dialer. The best part is the live coaching feature, where I can listen in on any calls in real-time to coach my representatives. That feature alone has made a significant impact.

Dialpad is great for anyone looking to bring in a dialer for their sales team for the first time. It is a power dialer, so you will NOT be able to dial multiple people at once; you will have to dial everyone one at a time. The call recordings and insights are good but not always perfect, as it takes a while to sync with Salesforce.
