Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice
We have a small call center, and Dialpad works wonderfully. The fantastic transcription allows reps to understand even if they cannot hear correctly. It has a range of options and is consistently improving.
Pros
- Transcription
- Support is the best.
- Troubleshooting
- Wide range of configuration options.
Cons
- So far, the only hang-up has been trying to use older tech. It needs a newer, more robust PC to operate well.
- Interface with Jabra is meh.
- More call center options on regular plan. But I understand business is business.
- Better analytics.
- Amazing call summaries which lead to fewer errors.
- Messaging allowed us to get rid of other third party messaging apps.
Best bang for buck.

Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Once the numbers are ported it is GO time. Not many issues. Mostly just questions regarding use once in place.
- Does not work well on old systems
- Employee change over (not dialpads fault)
- Setting up call routing for spill over
