Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Connect

We use Dialpad Connect for providing remote employees access to send and recieve messages/calls in United states. Some issues we face would include delay in sending messages. Other than that I feel Dialpad Connect to be great at what it does and would recommend it to anyone looking for such a solution.
