The app is being used by the whole department to contact each other and it definitely addresses the long wait time that many clients felt with our previous device for contacting them.

It is suited when talking to international customers who couldn't have dialed our company any other way; when they need our materials to be shipped to them, it helps to be able to contact them while being in a network that wouldn't have otherwise have allowed it. The customers came through to our call loud and clear vs the calls we would've gotten from a landline call, which made the process easier.
