Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We use Dialpad [Talk] within our organization. It allows us to use our personal cell phones without customers being able to see our personal cell numbers. I can call out, text, receive calls - all the usual things, but this way, we don't need separate phones from the ones we already use personally. It does seem to drop calls more than if I don't use it though which is problematic.

It's great for calls within an organization. I love that it can sync to Hubspot - this is huge for me because [you] can easily see who called a customer last, how long the call was, and so on. I'm not even sure if that's directly Dialpad [Talk], but it's definitely a big deal to me.
