Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
Dialpad Talk is currently used thought our office. Our calls come in through a call center and are delegated to representatives or transferred to other departments thoughout the office.
Pros
- We have multiple lines from the call center and they always come in clear.
- [We are] able to transfer calls and directly go to others within the office.
- [We are] able to answer the call in multiple areas.
Cons
- The way you answer the phone. I don't want to press one to dial out of the office. [In my opinion,] it is annoying and if I'm busy doing other things, I just want to hit the number and call.
- [In my experience,] when you call another line and want to transfer to a voicemail, the call drops 75% of the time.
- I [believe I] am unable to find calls that are within a time frame without other variables involved (analytics portion).
- Phone tree
- Voicemails
- Reports
- Inaccurate reports
[In my opinion, Dialpad Talk] doesn't stack up against them. [I believe] these two outdated systems are way better at reporting than Dialpad [Talk].
