Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

entire company uses Dialpad [Talk] now across the US. We can use the text feature that many clients prefer. Most clients call us on the go so it is a good feature that we can access text and are able to get a transcribed print out of the text or voice conversation. for legal standpoint it is a plus.

  • I don't like that you must use headset wired to system
  • I don't like that you do not hear if they hang up or not
  • I do not like that the print out of conversation is in excel rather than text print
  • since i don't handle that part i do not know.
I prefer communicator feature of desk phone and intergraded into data management to open client file.

I already advised what features i feel improvement can be had. also without handheld phone if client needs to use phone it is annoying and there should be option to use with desktop phone not just the headset provided or at least a wireless headset.
