Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

Dialpad Talk is used for our customer service team to keep in touch with customers and provide support on all ends of our business. The team uses it for both inbound calls to a call center inside of dialpad, as well as outbound outreach to provide the most extensive support possible.

The Dialpad user interface and admin customization is much better than other dialers that were researched. Dialpad also has a great support system, where a support rep can be reached usually within 3-5 minutes and most of the time are able to fix the issue. The support on other dialers tested out was not usually close to as strong as Dialpad's.

Dialpad has worked well for our organization as a customer support tool. There are many parts of Dialpad's analytics and customization that allows for a seamless support role as well as great oversight for management as to what exactly is happening within the org. As Dialpad is still relatively newer to the dialer market, there are some drawbacks but they have a very receptive R&D team who will consider all feature requests.
