Dialpad is essential to my workday!
Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
I used it every day, all day. I like the way it integrates with Salesforce and when I get a call, the correct Salesforce customer comes up so I can know who I'm talking to and speak to their problem right away. I also call out of Salesforce, so that makes it easy - I don't have to copy and paste phone numbers into Dialpad
