Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

I used it every day, all day. I like the way it integrates with Salesforce and when I get a call, the correct Salesforce customer comes up so I can know who I'm talking to and speak to their problem right away. I also call out of Salesforce, so that makes it easy - I don't have to copy and paste phone numbers into Dialpad

  • Integrates with Salesforce
  • Records my call to text so I can easily go back and see what we spoke about previously
  • Keeps track of how many calls I make
  • I really don't know. I'm not in that area. I just make lots of calls, every day

I can speak to a client directly from Salesforce and easily reference their account. Then, if I have questions or need to remember what we talked about, I can listen to my call or just skim through to the text to see what we talked about
