Overall Satisfaction with Dice Open Web
I am actively recruiting for 2 IT positions at an MSP. I paid Dice for a month-long contract. I received many promises regarding the contract and my postings. I received no applicants to either job and after making some changes suggested to me by my Dice CSR, very little changed and when I mentioned the changes did not work, I only received repetitive support suggestions.
- Empty promises.
- Email communication.
- Attempting to deflect blame.
- Better metrics to support their statements.
- Updates to prevent repetition with suggested applicants.
- Job promotion to ensure exposure and actual job applicants.
- Utilized a great deal of my hiring budget without producing any applicants.
- Used a large amount of my time with no payoff.
- Frustration with signing a contract and after payment did not receive any assistance with the traction of my job posts.
I received multiple candidates only after hours of posting my jobs on other sites. And for a fraction of the cost! I not only received quality candidates but also candidates who actually matched my requirements. These sites also have the option for proactive outreach and pay-by-click options as well. Some also provide free trials, which Dice does not.
