Overall Satisfaction with Dice TalentSearch

It is used to search to resumes as per requirement from the client, The most part is it is very helpful the filter the right candidates, For example if we looking for US citizen or Green card for the W2requirement. Dice TalentSearch has the excellent filter option So that we can filter the candidate what we looking for

Pros

  • To filter the right Candidate who is suitable to work on W2.
  • To Target the candidates who willing to work on our company Payroll.
  • To Filter the candidates by Experience, Location

Cons

  • Search filters are sometimes too broad or not sufficient.
  • Candidate profiles may lack detailed information and are not always up-to-date.
  • leading to gaps in the hiring process.
  • Job title search doesn't shows more profile.
  • Good in Search for US Citizen and Green card holders for W2 requirement.
  • Need to restrict employees to upload same profile in multiple location
Its already I mentioned it is used to search the resumes of relevant profile upon the request of clients requirement. comfortable with filters to validate the profile before the resumes open. Can be able to locate the profile which the recruiter is willing to work on the requirement. Little more costly when compared to other job portals.
Like already said Monster or Career Builder doesnt have the filter option to filter the candidate current location which Dice TalentSearch has in it. Overall experience is much satisfied to used to eradicate the duplicate profiles. the first thing say about the Dice TalentSearch is it is user friendly and overall very helpful for the recruiter success.

Companies doesn't provide More views when compared to other Paid job portals. They always track the usage and restrict the views. Dice TalentSearch specializes in the tech industry, offering a large pool of candidates with relevant technical skills and experience. We dont have much more profiles in Non IT Requirement.
