Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Diligent Boards for quarterly board meeting purposes: uploading and displaying board meeting agendas, minutes, casting votes, applying signatures, etc.

Pros and Cons

Boards has done a wonderful job with providing ease of uploading materials and editing capabilities.
Boards has made adding and deleting users quite simple and effective.

Please, please add the ability to download pdfs with links on your online Boards platform. It is the only thing keeping me from using the online version of Boards entirely.
Boards support team is fairly helpful, though I feel like I am often having to resolve a bit more on my own even after "solutions" are provided. Boards support is, though, way more effective than Diligent Entities support- we have had a horrendous time with Entities support each time we use them. It is easier to try to resolve on my own, even though it takes up a lot of my time.

Most of our issues are resolved after reaching out to support, though we often do not get them resolved to the extent we would like. I feel as if I know the product better than the majority of service / support reps we work with.
