Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
We use Diligent Boards to create books and share it with our Board and Executives. We use to print the books and send it out through snail mail. Now, Diligent Boards got rid of all the extra efforts to print and send through snail mail and we became more earth-friendly too.
Pros
- It's easy because we can just drag documents
- It's easy because we can create books easily
Cons
- EasyEdit feature working
- Would be nice to have more functionality available for the basic package so people can try it out before purchasing the full features.
- Nice to have a default Super User Admin that's not part of the license so that there is a backup profile, just in case there is only 1 admin.
- Create and Publish Books
- User permissions
- Big difference is not printing the books anymore
- Can easily share books
Logging in to Diligent to access the books has been a great help and you don't have printed materials lying around for everyone to see/read.
