Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We use it for our Board meetings. Our Board access their Board and Committee materials through DIligent Board book. I am responsible for uploading and publishing the book. I also decide the platform to use for our Board.

  • the notification process, would it possible to change the sender name from Diligent to someone in the organization? Our Board and Executives ignore messages coming directly from DIligent, thinking it could be phishing attempts.

  • paperless feature - we used to print board and committee materials and mail to Board and Executives attending the meeting.

Over the 14 years we have been Diligent, it seems like every year they keep changing the support team. We also had some challenges getting the required information for our Procurement and Enterprise Security to complete the security questionnaire. The process took over 4 months.
Also, there was a time when we had some challneges with billing.
It was very positive because it increased security.
Diligent now took over them. There seems to be no other product available in the market that offers Boardbooks.

Paperless and easy to use. Although the transition to change the login process to email posed a challenged to our Board and Executives. It was a frustrating experience for them.
The scenario where if ever we terminate the contract, we do not have access to the materials so we have work around process. We recommended Diligent to two of our business partners and they now use Diligent.
