Overall Satisfaction with Discord
I use Discord daily to communicate with team members about pretty much everything. It's easy to organize the Discord server with different channels and groupings, so we can talk about a lot of different topics in an organized manner. We have about 50-75 people in our Discord server, and it feels very easy to manage.

Cons
- They could stop using Machine Learning to harvest user data, that would be nice.
- Make more Nitro perks usable to non-paying users
- Stop changing the mobile UI, it is fine as is.
- We have been able to easily reach over 50 people at once, and get quick responses.
- I feel relatively unsafe using the app after knowing about the Machine Learning they do on users, what else could they be trying to get from us?
- Efficient organization of channels leads to more workplace efficiency.
