Overall Satisfaction with Discord
I prefer Discord for my daily communication with just about everyone: coworkers, school peers or study groups, family and friends, local and long distance. Because its so easy to use, I recommend it to keep in touch with peers, and new people I meet!
Whether its for casual gaming or providing memos to people at work, its the most convenient application I find for keeping in touch with people.

- UI could always use improvement - may be a learning curve for new users
- Many young to middle aged users but may be difficult for older generation to take up Discord as a means of communication
- Sometimes the ads for their Nitro features can be obnoxious
- It's free to use.
- Makes communication easy as there is a phone app--you never miss out on any action.
- Most people are already casual users.
