Overall Satisfaction with Discord

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Discord is great for communicating with my team with its multiple channels and seamless communication options. Video calls help when working remote which was extremely helpful during Covid. Its user friendly and most of the employees are already familiar with the software before they are onboarded. It connects on mobile as well which is great for on the go communication. Highly recommend.

Usability

It is easy to use and familiar to a large audience. But still no software is perfect and there are always those who have never used Discord before that would need to learn how the interface works.

Alternatives Considered

Zoho Cliq

It is similar to Zoho Cliq, but cliq has less options. Discord just seems more put together and fully flushed out software.

It is obviously great for the gaming community but I think it is overlooked as a business platform. It doesn't have the greatest project management integration so it that space it would struggle.
