- Legally binding; Convenient; Fast; Inexpensive; Environmentally friendly and It’s inline with WellPoint's “Green” initiative
- Reduces cycle time in Executive Documents, Contracts and Amendments from weeks to Hours/Day. Ability to view and sign documents on handheld devices (Blackberry/ Android/ All Apple products). All correspondence and signage is encrypted and can only be viewed by all the signatories. Turnaround time on completed signatures reduced to less than a day.
- Eliminates cost & time of printing, overnight mailing, wet signature, distribution, scanning/filing of document hard copies and storing in a repository
- Executed Contract/Amendment is automatically emailed out to all signatories. Capability of signature delegation and email forwarding to a group mailbox

- Their reporting could be better. No visiblity to everyone's dashboards as an admin.
