  • Easily configurable in the back end.
  • Adaptable for various business processes.
  • Good user interface at front end.
  • Customisation to be 'on brand.'
  • Reporting of particular configured fields.
  • Difficulty in setting up notifications as they need to be done singularly rather then in a batch.
  • Improved data library or document management.
  • Time saving for both Iglu and contractors.
  • Increased supervision.
  • Improved validation.
  • Better record keeping and management.
  • Remote use.
  • Improved contractor relationship.
Easy to configure at the back end with simple to use click and drop setup.
Easy to use interface for users as intuitive as to where to complete and input or upload.
Knocked it out of the park, in functionality and usability, particularly in the configuration at the back end.
Looks good and customisable to meet branding and look and feel of the business.
Contractor Management is easy to configure and manage notifications and correspondence with the uploading and storing of validated documents, then the ability to check contractor identities and completed induction records. The ability to upload and set reminders and periods for review such as expiry dates for licenses and accreditation. The only lacking in the system was the ability to print access cards direct for the system.
