Incident reporting for all incidents including incident investigation, follow up and actions management.
Chemical substance register for all sites.
Contractor management including contractor verification, online induction, supervision and management.
Hazard reporting system for identified hazards including action management.
Audit system for quality and safety auditing with action management.

Easy to configure at the back end with simple to use click and drop setup.
Easy to use interface for users as intuitive as to where to complete and input or upload.
Personal devices were used to complete audits or log incidents or hazards. Contractors arriving on site without completed and verified documents were able to upload and submit whilst on site. Where online inductions were not complete they were able to log in and complete using kiosk computer by logging into Donesafe remotely.
Saved time and effort and importantly gained confidence in meeting due diligence with the board and Directors.
Time saved in reporting performance by setting up detailed reports.
Benefited from compliance by able to set actions and reminders to notify where documents such as Safety Data Sheets have expired.
Able to drill down art a site level as well as gain a whole of business overview of compliance and performance.
Knocked it out of the park, in functionality and usability, particularly in the configuration at the back end.
Looks good and customisable to meet branding and look and feel of the business.
Contractor Management is easy to configure and manage notifications and correspondence with the uploading and storing of validated documents, then the ability to check contractor identities and completed induction records. The ability to upload and set reminders and periods for review such as expiry dates for licenses and accreditation. The only lacking in the system was the ability to print access cards direct for the system.
