Overall Satisfaction with Donesafe
We are using Donesafe as our default quality management platform. The majority of the complaints and incidents flow through Donesafe and are tracked regularly. It also helps us keep a company-wide wiki that acts as a knowledge base for new employees and also helps in getting them started quickly. Before Donesafe all of these were scattered across services and some of them were even paper-based, which made it really hard to keep track of and the additional effort it took to coordinate between them was saved after implementing Donesafe across the company.

Donesafe has better offline capabilities in their native mobile apps making it hassle free for the employees in the field where they might have spotty internet connections.The forms are not as flexible in EHS Insight compared to Donesafe. EHS Insight seems to be a better fit for smaller teams which doesn't move a lot.
