Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
We use DonorPerfect to track our donors' involvement with the organization, their giving history, and make plans for communication strategies. We only use it in the Development Department and it helps us stay organized and strategically interact with our members and donors.
- Customer support.
- Thank you letters.
- Giving history.
- Interface.
- Alerts - too many in some places, and not enough in others.
- Smart action editing is hard.
- Not sure, I do management.
