Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
There are various uses that the organization I currently work with uses DonorPerfect; primary to track down donors and their contributions. However, I use it for contact management, tracking down new candidates to the vocations department, and updating personal information for each inquirer.
Pros
- It loads fast.
- It's customizable.
- User friendly.
Cons
- Reports - I would like to customize them better.
- It has increased the employee efficiency.
- It allows us to have all the information we need in one place.
- Customer service is always helpful.
