Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
We use DonorPerfect mostly in the Development Department to track donor giving.
Pros
- User friendly.
- Good customer support.
- Open to customer input when making updates to the system.
Cons
- Running reports and setting up filters can sometimes be tricky.
- I have had experiences of the system logging me out when I am in the middle of something.
- Quick turn around of thanking donors.
- Better tracking of donors.
