Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect

DonorPerfect is our fundraising tool. It's used by a small team of 2/3 people. It allows us to process donations, manage donor information and set up recurring donations which save a lot of time. DonorPerfect is an online platform, this is a benefit to our team which works remotely.
  • Good customer service
  • Ability to set Recurring Donations
  • The ease of creating online donation forms
  • Make the system leaner, build the key aspects for customers and cut the rest.
  • Auto update between processing gateway and DonorPerfect, i.e for refunds done in processing gateway
  • Better integration with 3rd party apps
  • The implementation of recurring donations has saved time, money and stress.
  • Comprehensive and easy access to reports has saved dollars for the organisation.
  • Five Year free trail via Tech Soup has been a huge benefit to our work.
The DonorPerfect team are very helpful and provide solutions to any query, although the solutions are sometimes hard to implement as the system can be cumbersome. Unfortunately, customer service is not 24/7 and is only available for Pacific Coast work hours.

Do you think DonorPerfect delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with DonorPerfect's feature set?

Yes

Did DonorPerfect live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of DonorPerfect go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy DonorPerfect again?

Yes

DonorPerfect is well suited for a small non-profit. However, it has a lot of 'bells and whistles' so the learning curve is steeper than what it needs to be. When two team members understand how to use DonorPerfect it can become a valuable tool for your small non-profit.
If your non-profit, big or small, likes to integrate with other apps your options will be limited so it might be less appropriate to use DonorPerfect.
