Overall Satisfaction with Dotdigital

Excellent piece of software, have been using it daily since 2018 and has been an integral part of our marketing strategy. Nice updates, often. Easy to use, and always successful campaigns. We have a good relationship with our customer success representative / account manager who is always quick to respond. We also have the system synchronized with our CRM Salesforce which is a big help and allows us to automate campaigns with ease.

Pros

  • Email Campaigns are simple and easy to crease
  • We use the SMS to alert our customers to any technical issues
  • Good support from account managers

Cons

  • sometimes the interface can change and takes us a while to find our feet
  • Positive - Always delivers a good amount of inbound enquiries
  • Positive - This has delivery a sold amount of client wins over the years - an integral part of our bottom line sales.
Very easy to use. The platform simplifies email marketing with clear navigation, automated workflows, and powerful segmentation tools. The platform’s seamless integration with our CRM system and detailed analytics make managing campaigns straightforward and efficient for users of all levels. We have multiple users across the business who find it very easy to navigate.

Dotdigital allows us to communicate with our clients and prospects utilizing different tools such as email marketing and the SMS function. The SMS function allows us to quickly update our clients if our system is down (we are SAAS) and the email marketing aspect allows us to reach out to potential prospects. We use both plain text and HTML emails which are both easy to create.
